Information is collected from Candidates in the normal course of our work in order to provide Executive Search Services.
This data normally includes information that is typically represented on a resume (such as; a name, address, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, employment history and professional qualifications). Information is also collected from interviews we conduct, references taken and other ad-hoc miscellaneous information, from discussion and telephone conversations.
We also receive resumes on an unsolicited basis, which are entered into our proprietary database.
Access to this information is restricted to our consultants and only used for the purposes for which it was designed, i.e. in the normal course of our recruiting services. We do not sell or disseminate any individual’s private information to any third parties, unless required to do so by law.
All data collected is considered to be private and confidential and we hold ourselves to the highest standards of trust in their safekeeping and use.
